Made from grapes grown in the Valpolicella Classico zone (Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella), which undergo Appassimento.

Color: ruby red, dense and compact

Nose: big intensity and persistence, fruity with hints of cherries and dried prunes, dried flowers, sweet spiced.

Flavor/Finish: full bodied and determinate smooth, counterpoint of velvety tannin

Varietal: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella

Food Pairing: grilled & braised meats, game meats, aged cheeses

Process: Harvested exclusively by hand. Drying in stores for 120 days. Slow maceration for 30 days. Refinement in225 hl and 50 hl barrels for 18 months. 6months in bottle.
