The “Cipriana” Rosso is the first label to enter the world of red wines produced by the company of the same name. It has the mission of bringing the Cipriana brand to the attention of a vast public, identifying itself as complete & immediate, as well as sophisticated.

Color: brilliant ruby red

Nose: delicate aromas of berries, sour cherries & hints of tobacco

Flavor/Finish: instantly pleasant on the palate; smooth, round tannins; refined structure; smooth & warm in the mouth, with a fruity aftertaste & medium finish

Varietal: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 10% Syrah

Food Pairing: versatile, suitable for aperitifs, pasta, meats, mixed grills & medium cheeses

Process: fermentation in concrete vats for two weeks, followed by 10 days of skin maceration; malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks
