“Colline del Ginepro” in Italian means “The Jupiter Hill” that tells a story of a boy and a tree. Set between Tuscany & Sardinia, he will have to face a long and difficult test before learning how to communicate with the tree through the ancient language of nature

Color: red in color with a slightly garnet hue

Nose: a wide nose slightly fruity with earthy mineral notes

Flavor/Finish: well-evolved and delicate tannin flavor, medium structure with articulated tannins with a fairly dense texture, long aftertaste with mineral and spicy sensations

Varietal: primarily Sangiovese, with complimentary varietal

Food Pairing: red meat dishes, mushrooms, aged cheeses

Process: 2nd year oak barriques & 25quintal barrels for 12 months; bottled aged at least for 6 month

Serving Temperature: 64 - 66 °F

Alcohol: 13.5%
