The mention Riserva means selection, longer aging & great quality. We select grapes from the Bricco Vineyards, which are situation on the top of the hill behind the winery & orientated towards the south & west. The type of soil can be classified as poor, which encourages the vine roots to burrow deep into the soil seeking nourishment.

Color: garnet

Nose: complex blend of spice, dried flowers & underbrush aromas

Flavor/Finish: excellent concentration of sweet, fine tannins that envelop the palate without harshness

Varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Food Pairing: roast meats, ripe, mature cheeses

Process: 36 months in large, 5000 liter Slavonian oak barrels, then in bottle

Serving Temperature: 65 °F

Alcohol: 14.5 %
