Critera come from the Salento dialect and means “to believe”. Metaphorically “to believe”, to be amazed and pleased that from a land so heated and parched by the sun, wines can be obtained, albeit with a high alcohol content and structural strength, very fresh and enjoyable in the pleasure of drinking.

Color: brilliant ruby red

Nose: sincere aromas, typical of a rich and precious grape, intrigue souls with an extravagant and uncommon set of scents

Flavor/Finish: A fleshy taste of great typicality, with a strong reference to ripe pulp, bewitched by a pleasant freshness, it releases lively tannins wrapped in a sweet softness in a long intoxicating finish

Varietal: 100% Primitivo

Food Pairing: cheeseburger, lasagna, red meat, Bolognese or other rich pastas

Process: aging at checked temperature in stainless steel tanks

Serving Temperature: 60 - 64 °F

Alcohol: 13.5 %
