Both the Moscato Bianco & Brachetto grape varietals are believed to have originated in Piemonte, where their fragrant characteristics flourish. Our Moscato juice is given an additional boost of floral & red berry notes from the Brachetto grape, making for a fresh, sweet, charming wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a number of light dishes.
Color: soft pink, with a slight orange undertone
Nose: fresh aromas of strawberries, cherries & hints of violet
Flavor/Finish: flavors of fresh red berries; crisp acidity balanced with a soft sweetness & a delicate, yet persistent perlage

Process: pressing & separation of must within 48 hours; 2nd natural fermentation interrupted at 6.5%, maintaining desired residual sugar
