The royal Savoy court was the first big promoter of Vermouth di Torino in the late XVIII century, facilitating Torino’s growth & popularity into becoming the “Kingdom of Vermouth.” It is now defined as “an aromatised wine obtained in Piedmont using Italian wine only...alcohol, flavoured mainly with Artemisia from Piedmont...with other herbs & spices.”

Flavor/Finish: full-bodied, yet well balanced, with intense & persistent flavors of aromatic herbs, spices & vanilla

Process: maceration of herbs & spices in alcohol for a minimum of 30 days, then mixed with wine, alcohol & sugar
