Gaglioppo has an ancient history, though the exact origins are unknown. Due to the grape’s sensitivity, it is imperative that we take great care in harvesting at the ideal time and fermenting under controlled temperatures. The grape’s soft tannins and fruity characteristics result in a rosato that is fresh, lively and a crowd pleaser!
