Gavi is a Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin. La Fornaceis a very versatile dry white wine, with a balanced acidity that allows it longevity and freshness. It comes from calcareous soil, clay, and tuffaceous soil with the important presence of stones

Nose: delicate, fresh and fragrant, acacia flowers, hawthrown & green apple

Flavor/Finish: harmonic, good acidity, pleasant after taste of apricot & peach

Food Pairing: appetizer, seafood, soups, rice and fresh cheese

Process: direct pressing of the grapes, flotation and after fermentation in tank thermos controlled by yeast. Tangential filter and after final filtration.
