The Grave, which is situated between the provinces of Udine & Pordenone, hosts the most famous clone “cradle” in the world. It is from here, that the highest quality rootstock, destined for the finest Italian producers, depart.  

Color: straw yellow with greenish hues

Nose: intense aromas of grapefruit, lime, sage & pepper

Flavor/Finish: flavors of grapefruit, lime & sage, with a pleasant degree of acidity  

Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Food Pairing: shellfish, fried fish, omelets, herb-based risotto  

Process: cold maceration of stripped grapes, light pressing, static decanting, fining in stainless steel  

Serving Temperature: 46.5 - 50 °F
