Since the mid-nineteenth century, Barolo wine has been the symbol of our gorgeous land, well-known for its need of time to open & express itself properly, like its inhabitants. Barolo “Patres” is the perfect example of it. Meaning “of the fathers,” Patres is the Barolo to let you know & understand our history.

Flavor/Finish: smooth & mouth-filling, with sweet tannins & great structure

Food Pairing: game, braised veal, stewed or grilled meat, mature cheeses

Process: minimum 38 months aging, of which 18 is in large Slavonian oak barrels, then bottle aged
