We are delighted that, as of January 2021, we are able to share with you our wine from the newly approved Prosecco Rosé D.O.C. As always, we have adhered to strict requirements to deliver a bright, fresh & balanced sparkling wine.
Color: bright pink, with an elegant & persistent perlage
Nose: floral & berry aromas, with a particular note of raspberry & peach blossoms
Flavor/Finish: fresh & balanced, with a juicy base & softness to the sip, backed with mineral notes
Varietal: 90% Glera, 10% Pinot Noir
Food Pairing: shrimp appetizers, vegetable couscous, savory pies
Process: Charmat Method - soft pressing, static decantation, fermentation in stainless; 2nd fermentation in autoclave with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures for 2 months
Serving Temperature: 46 - 50 °F
Alcohol: 11.5% Pressure: 45.2 bar
Residual Sugar: 9 g/L
