Food Pairing: Dishes like roasted seabream or sea bass; but also dishes based on pork or chicken; great with tagliatelle pasta with white meat ragù
Process: The grapes are hand-picked incrates. The wine is aged in 600 l Slavonianoak barrels for many months, and thenbottled without sterile filtration. The furtheraging in bottle is at least 12 months.
