Food Pairing: This hearty red pairs perfectly with rustic dishes of meat and game. Great with a Summer barbecue

Process: Hand picked, destemmed, gently pressed and briefly macerated on their skins (approximately 6-8 days), in order to enhance the aromatic characteristics of the Refosco. After this traditional red vinification, the wine is aged in concrete vats for 1 year
