Process: The grapes are destemmed and placed in open vats, where the fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts, without sulfites, and with frequent punching downs. After 4 weeks of skin contact, the must is separated from the skins and placed in large Slavonian oak barrels. The wine is aged in barrels for many months. After bottling, which takes place without filtration, the wine is aged in bottle for several months
