Nose: fruity & sweet, with touches of yellow apples & pears, honey, flowers & vanilla

Flavor/Finish: silky & rich, with balanced acidity & a persistent fruity & spicy aftertaste

Food Pairing: first & second fish courses, white meat

Process: aged for 6 months in Massif oak barriques, then 6 months in bottle
