A Barolo D.O.C.G. only produced with grapes coming from the historical “Vigna” (vineyard) “Campo dei Buoi” (field of oxen) in Bussia, a name that comes from the past, handed down by the locals & mentioned in the purchase document of the estate signed by Luigi Arnulfo & his father.  

Color: ruby red

Nose: elegant, exotically spicy, with mint notes typical of the area  

Flavor/Finish: intense, persistent flavor with silky tannins & well-integrated, enveloping notes of vanilla

Varietal: 100% Nebbiolo

Food Pairing: game meat, mature cheeses  

Process: 30 months in large, 5000 liter Slavonian oak barrels, then in bottle

Serving Temperature: 65 °F

Alcohol: 14.5 %
